Cross Creek Pictures

Visual Identity System

Mentor: Andrew Walters
Year: 2025

Cross Creek Pictures is a premier independent production company that partners with leading filmmakers to develop, produce, and finance feature films. This rebrand aimed to shift the company’s perception from a purely finance-driven entity to a studio-quality home for independent storytelling, ensuring the visual identity clearly reflected this narrative. Rather than replacing the existing brand metaphor, the strategy was to deepen it. The train was reimagined as a symbol of storytelling in motion, carrying people, places, and ideas across time. The resulting brand narrative, Stories that move with purpose, positions Cross Creek as both a creative engine and a connective force within independent cinema.
